One of the benefits of living ALMOST in the middle of nowhere

At Night 

I can lie in bed and

     hear dogs bay 

     frogs croak

     coyotes howl 

     and deer snort.

Yet, if I walk out on my porch 

       and look north,

the lights of Cincinnati 

glow on the horizon.
